For New Clients
If you are new to The Laser Base, please note that all new clients receive 50% off their first laser hair removal treatment.
This first appointment must be completed and paid for separately. Laser Credit cannot be used towards your first discounted treatment.
Laser Credit can be used for all treatments after your initial appointment. A consultation and patch test are required before starting treatments.

Non-Refundable
Laser Credit is non-refundable once purchased and cannot be exchanged for cash.

No Expiry Date
Laser Credit does not expire and can be redeemed at any time.

Personal Use Only
Can only be used by the person who purchased it. Cannot be shared or gifted.

Non-Transferable
Cannot be transferred to another client or account under any circumstances.

Treatment Use Only
Can only be redeemed against eligible laser hair removal treatments.

New Client Exclusion
Cannot be used toward the first treatment for new clients receiving 50% discount.

Discount Structure
The applicable discount is applied at purchase and cannot be altered retrospectively.

Pricing Changes
Treatments redeemed will be charged at the current price at the time of booking.

Account Requirement
Must be held on an active client account and deducted automatically after appointments.
