We've got two spare treatment rooms at our Harrogate clinic, and we're looking for the right people to fill them.
You'd be running your own business, completely separately from ours — your own clients, your own diary, your own brand. What you get from us is a beautiful room in a busy, well-established clinic, and the footfall that comes with it. We've got a steady flow of clients through the door, and we share the building with other independent practitioners, so there are plenty of eyes on what you do.
Both rooms have been newly refurbished and they're genuinely lovely — herringbone floors, fluted panelling, marble-effect worktops, brass lighting and a lot of natural light. Turn up with your kit and start working.
The two rooms
Room one — rent it as and when
Book a day whenever you need one, straight through our online booking system. Ideal if you're just starting out, testing the water in Harrogate, or you only need a day here and there.
This one has its own private curtained changing area with a full-length mirror and seating, so your clients get somewhere proper to get ready.

Room two — the same day, every week
Available Monday to Thursday. Pick the day or days that suit you and they're yours every week — same day, same room, so your clients always know where to find you. Take one day or take all four.

The rest of the building
Your clients arrive somewhere that already feels looked after, and you get a proper space to take five between appointments.

How much does it cost to rent a treatment room in Harrogate?
Both rooms are £90 a day. The ad hoc room is £45 to book and £45 on the day. The weekly room is £90 per day, per week, paid by standing order.
Can I rent a room for just one day a week?
Yes. The weekly room is available Monday to Thursday and you can take one day or all four — it just needs to be the same day each week.
What's included in the rent?
