Laser Credit is our flexible pre-payment option for clients who want to spread the cost of their treatments and save at the same time. Simply purchase credit, add it to your account, and use it towards laser hair removal treatments whenever you’re ready.

What Is Laser Credit?

Laser Credit allows you to pre-pay for your laser hair removal treatments and receive a bonus discount when you invest in larger amounts upfront. Once purchased, your credit sits securely on your account and can be redeemed against eligible treatments at any time.

It’s ideal if you:

  • Want to budget ahead for your laser journey

  • Plan on having multiple areas treated

  • Prefer to pay upfront and save

Laser Credit Discounts

We reward larger pre-payments with extra savings:

  • Receive 5% off when you purchase £750 or more in Laser Credit

  • Receive 10% off when you purchase £1,500 or more in Laser Credit

Your discount is applied at the time of purchase and reflected in the total amount paid.

How Laser Credit Works

  1. Purchase Laser Credit by contacting our team

  2. We’ll advise you on the best amount based on your treatment plan

  3. Payment is taken securely by card or bank transfer

  4. Once payment has been received, your credit is added directly to your personal account

  5. Book treatments as normal and credit is automatically deducted after each appointment

  6. There’s no pressure to use it straight away —
    your credit is there when you need it.

How to Purchase Laser Credit

Laser Credit must be arranged directly through our team so we can make sure it’s the right option for you.

To purchase Laser Credit:

  • Contact us in clinic, by message, or via our booking system

  • We’ll talk you through your treatment plan and recommend a suitable credit amount

  • Payment can be made by card or bank transfer only (no cash payments accepted)

  • Laser Credit will be added to your account once payment has been received

  • If you’re unsure how much credit you may need, we’re always happy to advise.

Important Information for New Clients

If you are new to The Laser Base, please note:

  • All new clients receive 50% off their first laser hair removal treatment

  • This first appointment must be completed and paid for separately

  • Laser Credit cannot be used towards your first discounted treatment

  • Laser Credit can be used for all treatments after your initial appointment

A consultation and patch test are required before starting treatments.

Laser Credit Terms & Conditions

By purchasing Laser Credit, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Non-Refundable
    Laser Credit is non-refundable once purchased and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  2. No Expiry Date
    Laser Credit does not expire and can be redeemed at any time.

  3. Personal Use Only
    Laser Credit can only be used by the person who purchased it. It cannot be shared, gifted, or used by another individual.

  4. Non-Transferable
    Laser Credit cannot be transferred to another client or account under any circumstances.

  5. Treatment Use Only
    Laser Credit can only be redeemed against eligible laser hair removal treatments at The Laser Base.

  6. New Client Offer Exclusion
    Laser Credit cannot be used toward the first treatment for new clients receiving the 50% introductory discount.

  7. Discount Structure
    The applicable discount (5% or 10%) is applied at the time of purchase and cannot be altered retrospectively.

  8. Pricing Changes
    Treatments redeemed using Laser Credit will be charged at the current price at the time of booking.

  9. Account Requirement
    Laser Credit must be held on an active client account and will be deducted automatically after each completed appointment.

  10. Right to Amend
    The Laser Base reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Laser Credit scheme and its terms at any time.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy (Laser Credit Appointments)

All Laser Credit appointments are subject to our standard cancellation policy.

While we do not take a deposit for appointments booked using Laser Credit, the following charges apply if you cancel late. Any applicable fees will be deducted directly from your Laser Credit balance.

Cancellations:

  • Cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a charge of 25% of the appointment cost

  • Cancelling within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a total charge of 45% of the appointment cost(25% + an additional 20%)

Rescheduling:

  • You are allowed one free reschedule per treatment

  • This must be done within 72 hours of the original appointment time

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability

If we are unable to offer a new appointment within that 72-hour window, the above cancellation charges will apply and will be deducted from your Laser Credit.

Please note that repeated late cancellations or reschedules may result in Laser Credit restrictions at our discretion.
